About the Atlas

A shared resource for soybean single-cell and spatial biology

The Soybean Multi-Omic Atlas is an interactive database for exploring the spatially resolved, multi-omic single-cell atlas of soybean development.

The resource accompanies “A spatially resolved multiomic single-cell atlas of soybean development” by Zhang, Luo, Marand et al. (2024), published in Cell.

Use the Atlas Viewer to investigate cell-level and spatial patterns, or the Genome Browser to inspect gene expression, chromatin accessibility, and motif tracks at specific genomic locations.
